Programme Management Graduate (F1)

In Programme Management, we ensure complex projects are managed through a number of technical, and often dynamic, stages and gateways. These must be delivered to incredibly tight, yet non-negotiable, deadlines. We operate at the centre of Mercedes AMG HPP and are responsible for facilitating seamless interaction between all of HPP’s functions, via Programme clarity and action status.

As a team we pride ourselves on challenging and developing our Graduates, trusted with significant levels of responsibility from day 1, in order to maximise performance and continually develop capability. During the 2 year programme you will gain a solid understanding of the concepts and processes used, within fast moving and dynamic F1 programmes.
